Freeze touchpad while typing Ubuntu/Debian

This is just a note to remember. While typing on laptop your hands touches not only keys on your keyboard but many times accidentaly the touchpad, which causes cursor to jump to another place. To disable the keyboard on Ubuntu/Debian (I'm on Mint and it works as well) run

syndaemon -d

To finetune and change the time period touch pad is frozen after last key has been pressed you can specify parameter 'i'. Remember to kill the syndaemon first and run command passing the parameter like this

killall syndaemon
syndaemon -i 2 -d

Where the number is the number of seconds.
